Terms of Service

Clear information for visitors, founders and partners using the AIRF website.

Last reviewed: 17 October 2026

1. Website purpose

This website provides public information about Aryabhata Innovation & Research Foundation, its incubation programmes and ways to contact or apply to AIRF. It is not an online contract-signing or payment platform.

2. Accuracy of information

AIRF should publish programme descriptions, eligibility information, dates, fees and availability only when those details have been verified. A programme page or application form does not guarantee admission, funding, mentorship, investment, partnership or any other outcome.

3. Applications

Submitting the static application form only prepares an email in the visitor's email client. It is not confirmation of receipt, selection or admission. Any eligibility, selection or commercial terms applicable to a programme should be confirmed directly by AIRF before a participant relies on them.

4. No hidden charges

The website should display any applicable programme or service charge before a visitor is asked to pay. This static version does not process payments and does not add hidden fees at checkout.

5. Intellectual property

AIRF's name, logo and original brand materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. The site uses Google Fonts and Font Awesome Free under their applicable licences. The founding-team photographs in this build are supplied AIRF assets. Do not reproduce AIRF branding in a way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that has not been granted.

6. Third-party websites

Links to external websites are provided for convenience or reference. AIRF does not control third-party content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the website to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, distribute malware, attempt to interfere with the website, or submit information that you are not authorised to provide.

8. Accessibility

The website is designed for keyboard navigation, visible focus states, readable contrast and alternative text for meaningful images. Accessibility remains an ongoing responsibility, and visitors can report barriers to aryabhata.foundation@gmail.com.

9. Changes

AIRF may update website content and these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The review date at the top of this page indicates the current published version.
